We had such an amazing climbing experience with Antoine! We are experienced climbers with little outdoor experience. He took us out to a great climbing spot with a variety of different climbing routes. We felt super safe and comfortable climbing and belaying with Antoine while he taught us some of the basics. We would absolutely recommend Antoine to beginner and experienced climbers looking to have an outdoor climbing experience! Thank you Antoine! - Taylor, from Milwaukee

The ice climbing activity takes place in the beautiful Laurentian mountains about 1.5 hours north of Montreal. You'll witness the magical scenery of this region in the winter time; snowy peaks, pine forests and frozen streams.

Your destination, the Montagne d'Argent, is a paradise for ice climbing with many different areas and routes of all difficulty levels, from beginner to advanced. We have a little shack at the foot of the mountain with all the equipment needed. We will lend you the gear you'll need for the day (harness, helmet, ice axes, boots, crampons) and explain how to use it. When we're all ready, we'll hike to our climbing spot for the day ( about 10 min).

The ropes will already be set up for you by competent instructors, you will learn how to belay, basic climbing techniques and safety rules. And then, always being supported by your instructor, you'll get on your first ice climb! You will experience a fun winter activity, high in adrenaline but always safe. Throughout the day, you'll get to try many different routes and will benefit from our coaching.

At the end of the day, you will drive back to Montreal, feeling tired but satisfied after a great day spent in the great outdoors.
